You are charged for your order the moment you place the order. Our shopping cart automatically charges your card.
Please email us with your Order ID/Invoice Number or the full name the order is under and we can tell you when your order will ship.
We always try to get our orders out in 8-10 weeks, if we have a busy period then this can potentially take longer. If you really need your armor quickly we can, in special circumstances prioritize your order subject to additional charges.
We ship via USPS. All of our packages are shipped insured to protect against loss or damage.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express through PayPal. Please note, we do not accept Money orders or Personal Checks.
The measurement for armor needs to be made around your waist – just above your belt line. If your size is not listed please contact us before purchasing. We can produce armor larger and smaller than shown, but this may require additional materials and build time.
We will take returns for up to 2 weeks from when you receive your order. Any items being returned must be in original condition. This means the product cannot be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or used in any way.
